BELIEFS & VALUES
Everything we do at Madison House of Hope NMRC Inc. is grounded in a set of core beliefs and values that guide how we serve, how we operate, and how we treat every person who walks through our doors.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
OUR 8 CORE BELIEFS
1. Every person deserves a safe place to heal.
2. Housing is part of healthcare recovery.
3. No patient should be discharged into homelessness or unsafe conditions.
4. Dignity should never be lost because someone is poor, sick, elderly, or vulnerable.
5. Hospitals and community housing providers must work together to solve discharge barriers.
6. Recovery requires structure, compassion, accountability, and support.
7. Prevention is better than crisis, and stabilization is better than repeated hospitalization.
8. Every resident has the ability to move from instability to hope when given the right environment and support.
